How It Works

Let’s Start Printing

Capture

Step 1

Giclee prints begin with high quality images. We call this step capture. There are two ways to capture your artwork:

  • Photography

  • Scanning

We work with a reputable local photographer in St. Petersburg, FL to have your work professionally photographed. Most images are $35-$45 each.

If your original is under A4 (8.5x11.7”), we scan it in house.

We recommend having your work professionally photographed or scanned to ensure crisp details, even color, and preserve the beauty that you spent hours creating.

If you would like to try capturing your work with your phone camera, please read these tips.

Remember: prints can only be as good as the images we receive.

Send your image file(s)

Step 2

High quality prints must start with a good, high resolution file. iPhone photos are discouraged, and screenshots definitely won’t work.

You may transfer the images to us via Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar file transfer service. We also accept CDs and flash drives - the customer must drop off or pay shipping.

Image files should be at least 300 DPI at the maximum size you wish to have printed. Print quality is not guaranteed for images below 300 DPI.

We accept TIFF, JPG, PNG, or PSD files with flattened layers.

Please do not send files greater than 1 GB.

Email or transfer files to us at rosemary@easelmanagement.com.

Choose your paper and sizes

Step 3

We hand selected our papers to support your artwork, not compete with it. Each option is chosen to reproduce color, detail, and texture cleanly, so the print stays true to the original work. See our paper selection here.

Fill out an order form

We start every order with a conversation, to make sure all your questions are answered so you feel confident that your prints are in trusted hands.

When you’re ready to order, please fill out an order form or email us your inquiry. We will return your message within 48 hours.

With all details setled, we send you an invoice, and once your invoice is paid, we will begin proofing and printing your order.

We do all the heavy lifting, so you can spend more time in the studio!

Step 4

“Digitizing and reproducing one’s work can be a very trying and painful process but Rosemary is such a boss and makes it as pain-free as possible and is a master at her medium! I cannot recommend her enough.”
