By accessing or using this website or placing an order with Amazing Art Printing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Amazing Art Printing provides fine art and custom printing services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that violate these Terms or involve inappropriate, unlawful, or infringing content.

2. Customer Files & Artwork

You are responsible for ensuring that all files submitted:

  • Are accurate, complete, and print-ready

  • Meet provided specifications (size, resolution, color space, etc.)

  • Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

Amazing Art Printing is not responsible for errors caused by customer-supplied files, including spelling errors, low-resolution images, incorrect color profiles, or formatting issues.

3. Color & Print Variations

Due to the nature of printing:

  • Color variations may occur between screens and final prints

  • Minor variations between print runs are normal

  • Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed to in writing

Such variations do not constitute defects or grounds for refunds.

4. Proofs & Approvals

If proofs are provided:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve them carefully

  • Approval constitutes acceptance of layout, content, and color

  • Amazing Art Printing is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Require payment in full before production begins

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card information.

6. Orders, Production, & Turnaround

Production timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • File issues

  • Supply availability

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Events beyond our control

Amazing Art Printing is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise required by law. Any shipping damage must be reported promptly with documentation.

8. Returns, Refunds, & Reprints

Because many products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

  • Custom print orders are non-refundable

Reprints may be offered at our discretion only if an error is determined to be caused by Amazing Art Printing. No refunds or reprints will be issued for customer file errors or approved proofs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and branding, is the property of Amazing Art Printing and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

You retain ownership of your original artwork files submitted for printing.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal or unlawful purposes

  • Infringing, obscene, or defamatory content

  • Harassment, abuse, or hate speech

  • Uploading malicious code or attempting to interfere with site security

We reserve the right to terminate service for violations.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amazing Art Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

  • Your submitted content
